c. Sample Creation & Approval

Once a supplier is selected, the next step is creating product samples:

  • You review and approve the samples or suggest any necessary revisions

d. Production Planning

After the sample is approved, we move forward with planning the production process:

  • Scheduling the production batches

e. Production & Quality Control

  • We ensure that all garments are produced on schedule and in line with your specifications

f. Final Inspection & Packaging

  • We handle the packaging according to your preferences, ensuring the garments are ready for shipment

g. Shipping & Delivery

Finally, we manage the logistics of getting your garments to you:
  • We coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery
  • Track shipments and keep you updated on the delivery status
  • Deliver the finished garments to your warehouse or direct to your customers (depending on your preferences)

h. Post-Delivery Support

After delivery, we offer post-delivery services:
  • Handling any potential quality issues or concerns
  • Collecting feedback for continuous improvement and future orders

Our Timeline

We can ship out within 90 days for local fabrics and 120 days for Chinese fabrics after the order confirmation.
